Ana Rodo Arauzo
Ana Rodo Arauzo is a Peruvian peacebuilding, community engagement, and communications professional. She holds a master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University’s Carter School, with a concentration in Inclusive Conflict Engagement, and a background in International Relations and Peacebuilding.
Her experience spans supporting migrant families, facilitating youth workshops, researching locally led peacebuilding, and developing educational and storytelling materials. She has worked with the International Rescue Committee, Just Neighbors, and the Mary Hoch Center for Reconciliation. In Peru, her background includes experience at the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS) and as a project assistant with a nongovernmental organization, contributing to her understanding of social development across public and nonprofit settings.
At Think Peace Learning & Support Hub, she serves as Communications Officer and supports fundraising and resource mobilization, helping communicate the organization’s work and strengthen relationships with supporters.
Ana is also the co-founder of Taki Yachay, an emerging initiative that seeks to strengthen wellbeing, resilience, and leadership alongside Indigenous Amazonian communities in Peru through storytelling, art, and shared knowledge.
She is particularly interested in the connections between identity, memory, and belonging, and in how education and storytelling can support healing and collective transformation.
